A well-designed logo is a crucial component of a company’s identity, serving as the first point of recognition for potential clients and customers. The Graphic Artist will develop a distinctive, original, and professionally designed logo that aligns with the Client’s brand vision. This design will be strategically crafted to maintain consistency across all forms of media, enhancing the Client’s overall brand identity.

The Graphic Artist offers professional print design services, creating custom-printed materials such as banners, t-shirts, business cards, invitations, and high-grade decals. Each design is crafted to meet high-quality printing standards while aligning with the Client’s specifications.

"In addition to business designs, the Graphic Artist provides custom design services for personal use, including vehicle decals, event invitations for graduations and weddings, and personalized graphic elements tailored to the Client’s needs.

**Policies on Discareded Mockups & Design Revisions**
To ensure a smooth and efficient design process, Clients are encouraged to have a general idea of their vision or be open to discussing ideas. If a Client requests a mock-up based on the designer’s creative vision but chooses not to proceed, a non-refundable $15 fee will apply to cover the time and effort invested. Additionally, Clients are entitled to up to four major revisions at no cost. Beyond this, a $6 fee per revision will apply. These policies help maintain clarity, efficiency, and a collaborative design experience.
**Invoice & Final Mock-up Agreement**
We are dedicated to providing high-quality, meaningful designs that are both personal and professional. To ensure clarity and consistency, we have a straightforward policy regarding design files. Upon final payment, Clients will receive high-resolution files (PNG, JPG, PDF) suitable for both print and digital use. For added flexibility, editable Adobe Illustrator (AI) files are available upon request at the time of final delivery. This approach maintains the integrity of the design while accommodating the Client’s specific needs.
**Policy on Design Rights**
Upon completion of the project, while we will retain creative rights to our designs, the client will obtain full ownership rights to the final product, including, but not limited to, logos and printed products. This rights transfer ensures that the client has exclusive and unrestricted use of the design for any purpose they deem fit. Our goal is to provide you with a final product that not only meets your needs but also gives you complete control over its application and future use. We will achieve any design made for said client if they so choose to return for future projects, but we recommend that you save all source files as well. We also hold the right to display the final design within our mixed media, such as our portfolio or our social media, unless the client requests otherwise.

While AI can be a useful tool for text-based problem-solving within our business, creativity is something profoundly human—rooted in emotion, intuition, and the ability to connect with stories and ideas on a deeper level. That is why we take a hands-on approach to every project, ensuring that each design is crafted with thoughtfulness, intention, and a personal touch. To maintain our high standards of creativity and authenticity, we do not use AI-generated art when creating any design or product for our clients. While AI can analyze data and replicate patterns, it lacks the human understanding, originality, and artistic depth that make a design truly meaningful. Our work is not about producing generic, machine-generated visuals; it’s about capturing the essence of your story, your values, and your unique perspective in a way that feels real and personal. When you choose to work with us, you are choosing craftsmanship over automation, artistry over algorithms. **Policy on Project Scope**
To avoid misunderstandings and conflicts with clients, it is crucial to clearly define the project scope within our Conversations. A great way to help that is for the client to thoroughly go over the agreement sent at the start of our correspondence. This scope will comprehensively outline the project's goals, deliverables, timeline, budget, revision policy, and approval process. Additionally, it should specify exclusions and detail the process for handling changes or additional requests. A well-defined scope sets realistic expectations for both the client and the designer.
**Our Force Majeure Clause**
The Designer is not liable for delays caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or illness. In such cases, they will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and notify the Client of any timeline changes. Both parties will work together to adjust the schedule as needed.
